These fees vary depending on the number of trade marks you register and the number of classes you register. For online applications, prices start at £170 for one trade mark in one class. Additional classes are charged at £50 each. VAT is not payable on IPO fees. IPO fees are not included in the price of the Brand Protection Toolkit.
